Frost Van den Boom & Smith, P.A. is a statewide civil trial firm concentrating on personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and family law issues on both state and federal levels. Our firm was established in 1981 when John Frost left a large statewide group to limit his practice to representing injured persons and commercial litigation. Frost Van den Boom & Smith, P.A. is the largest plaintiff's personal injury firm in Polk County.
